When you are answering the Privacy Policy questionnaire, you will be asked whether you would like to include links to your policies, procedures, standards, or codes in your Privacy Policy. This disclosure is required by Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) as knowing more about how you handle and protect personal information can help individuals decide whether they want to provide their personal information to you.
If you do select "yes" to this question, you will see a list of policies, procedures, standards, and codes - simply input the URL to the webpage that houses that document into the field provided. If you cannot find a document type on the list provided, you can select "other" and enter in the title of the document and the URL to the page where it can be found.
