When you are answering the Privacy Policy questionnaire, you will be asked whether you annually sell the personal information of 4,000,000 or more California consumers. This disclosure is required by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
The CCPA defines "selling" as "selling, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring or otherwise communicating a consumer's personal information by a business to a third party, for monetary or other valuable consideration." If you do select "yes" to this question, you will be asked additional disclosures that are required for businesses that sell large amounts of personal information.
