When you are answering the Terms of Service questionnaire, you will be asked what remedies are available to purchasers of your goods, services, or digital products. Remedies are ways that you will make the customer whole if the goods, services, or digital products that you provide to them are deficient (e.g. the item that you sold to the customer is broken). To answer this question, you may choose one or more of the following options: 

  1. Repair: you will repair the item so that it meets the description, warranty, or the customer's expectations; 
  2. Replacement: you will replace the item that is deficient with one that is not deficient; 
  3. Price reduction: you will reduce the price of the item or service to take into account the loss of value caused by the deficiency; 
  4. Reject the goods, services, or digital products: the customer can reject any deficient goods, services, or digital products; 
  5. None: select this choice if you do not offer any remedies; 
  6. Other: Select this option if you offer a remedy that is not shown on the answer options list provided. If you select this option, you will be asked to provide a description of the remedy that you offer.
