If your card on file is expired or you would like to use a different card for the Termageddon subscription, you will need to update your payment information by following these steps: 

  1. Log in to your account at https://app.termageddon.com/; 
  2. At the top of the page, click "Hello (your name)"; 
  3. Click "Account Settings"; 
  4. On the left, click "Payment Information"; 
  5. Click the purple "Update" button next to your payment information and enter in your new card details; 
  6. Click "save". 

Your payment information will then be updated and you can close out the page. If your subscription was canceled due to a failed payment, you need to purchase an additional license to keep your policies live. If your previous payment failed, your card will be charged once it is updated. Do not purchase an additional license. 


Please note that if your card on file is expired and we cannot charge your payment, your policies will no longer display.
