When you are answering the Terms of Service questionnaire, you will be asked when a user can cancel their purchase. Cancellation takes place when the customer changes their mind about a purchase and asks not to receive the item prior to shipment, delivery, download or performance. To answer this question, please select one or more of the following options:
- Prior to shipment: the customer can cancel their purchase prior to the good being shipped by you;
- Prior to download: the customer can cancel their purchase prior to downloading the digital product that they purchased;
- Prior to performance of the service: the customer can cancel their purchase prior to you performing the service that they purchased;
- Other: select this option if the above options do not fit your business. If you select this option, you will be able to enter in your text for when a customer can cancel their purchase into the field provided.
