When you are answering the Terms of Service questionnaire, you will be asked if the customer has to pay a cancellation fee. Select "yes" to this question if you will charge the customer a fee if their purchase is cancelled. This can also be called a "restocking fee". If you select "yes" to this question, you will be asked to enter in the amount of the fee, whether it is a fixed amount (e.g. $50.00) or a percentage of the total price (e.g. 25% of the purchase price). Select "no" to this question if you do not charge your customers a fee if their purchase is cancelled.
