When you are answering the Terms of Service questionnaire, you will be asked if the customer will receive a full refund or a partial refund if they cancel their purchase? A refund is repayment to a customer of the money that they paid you for your goods, services, or digital products. You should select "full refund" if you are going to return all of the money that the customer paid you for the goods, services, or digital products that they cancelled. You should select "partial refund" if you will return only a part of the money that the customer paid you for the goods, services, or digital products. A partial refund situation could arise if you deduct taxes, shipping costs, or similar fees from the payment, if you charge a cancellation fee or if you charge a restocking fee that is deducted from the payment upon a refund being issued.
