When you are answering the Terms of Service questionnaire, you will be asked how much notice you will provide to the customer prior to canceling their purchase. Notice means notifying the customer that their purchase will be cancelled by you. To answer this question, please choose one of the following options: 

  1. None: choose this option if you will not notify your customer that their purchase will be cancelled; 
  2. Time period: choose this option if you will provide notice of cancellation within a specific time period (e.g. 1 day or 2 weeks); 
  3. Immediate: choose this option if you will let your customer know right away that you need to cancel their purchase; 
  4. Other: choose this option if the above options do not apply to you. If you choose this option, you will be able to enter in your notification period in the empty field provided.
