When you are answering the Terms of Service questionnaire, you will be asked "within what period of time from the date of purchase will a buyer qualify for a refund." A refund is a repayment of the money that the customer paid you. To answer this question, please choose one of the following options:
- Anytime: select this option if the buyer can qualify for a refund anytime after they make their purchase. This means that the buyer can qualify for a refund days, weeks, months, or even years after they make their purchase;
- Time period: select this option if the buyer can qualify for a refund within a specific period of time only (e.g. within 10 days after making their purchase).
