When you are answering the Terms of Service questionnaire, you will be asked whether the subscription renews automatically. A subscription is a situation in which regular payments are charged to customers to receive a good, service or digital content (e.g. customer is charged $10.00 per month to receive a magazine issue). Select "yes" to this question if the customer's card on file is charged automatically whenever the subscription is renewed (e.g. every month or every year). Select "no" to this question if the customer has to manually enter in their payment information every time the subscription is renewed.
