When you are answering the Terms of Service questionnaire, you will be asked how frequently the subscriptions automatically renew. A subscription is a situation in which regular payments are charged to customers to receive a good, service or digital content (e.g. customer is charged $10.00 per month to receive a magazine issue). To answer this question, put in the automatic renewal period into the field in the following format: 

  1. If you offer only one type of subscription that renews on only one interval of time, enter in the number and time period. For example, in this case, you can enter "every 6 months" or "every year". 
  2. If you offer multiple types of subscriptions that renew on multiple intervals of time depending upon which plan the user selects, enter in both of the time periods. For example, in this case, you can enter "each year or each month, depending on which plan the user chooses".
