When you are answering the Terms of Service questionnaire, you will be asked how much notice the customer must give of cancellation prior to the automated renewal date. You are being asked this question because you selected that you offer subscriptions that automatically renew. To answer this question, please select from the following options:
- Time period: select this option if the customer must give notice of cancellation of the automated renewal within a specific period of time (e.g. 7 days prior to the automated renewal date);
- Immediately: select this option if the customer does not have to give notice of cancellation of the automated renewal within a specific period of time and their automated renewal will be cancelled as soon as they notify you.
