When you are answering the Terms of Service questionnaire, you will be asked if users can create accounts on your website or application. You should select "yes" if the user can create an account directly on your website or application. Usually, accounts need a username (or email) and a password to sign in and list customer billing details, subscription plans and purchase history. Select "no" to this question if the user cannot create an account directly on your website or application. You should also select "no" to this question if the user can create an account with a third party (e.g. a PayPal or Stripe account) that is linked within your website or application as such accounts are created with a third party and not with you.
