When you are answering the Terms of Service questionnaire, you will be asked in what year you initially published your website or application. You should select the year in which your website or application was originally published for the first time, and not the year(s) in which your website was improved upon or redesigned. For example, if the website or application was initially published in 1999 but redesigned with an updated look in 2020, you should select 1999.
