After you have completed each policy questionnaire, you will be provided with embed codes that will need to be added to each respective policy webpage.

In Wix, you can use the HTML element to insert Termageddon's embed code into your web page.

Within your Wix editor:

  1. Go to your respective policy page (within "Menus and Pages" on the left hand side). You may need to click "+ Add Policy" if you haven't created the webpage yet.
  2. Click Add  on the left side of the Editor.
  3. Click Embed.
  4. Select Embed a Widget to add an iFrame to your page.
  5. Embed your code:
    1. Click Enter Code.
    2. Paste your Termageddon embed code in the text box*.
    3. Click Apply.
  6. When ready, save/publish the page.

*The Termageddon embed code can be found within the 'view embed code' link for each policy within your app.termageddon.com license.

Add hyperlinks in your footer

Customers sometimes ask how to add links to their policy pages within their Wix footer.

To add a hyperlink to the footer of your Wix website:

1. When editing any page scroll to the bottom so that you can visibly see your footer area.

2. Click Add on the upper left hand side.

3. Then click and hold Text and drag it down to the footer.  Upon dropping the Text feature into the footer, you should the be able to edit the Text area. (here's a video showing how to do this)

4. You can add the text "Privacy Policy"(for example). Then select the text an click the 'hyperlink' icon and add in the link to your respective policy webpage that you have created.

5. Save accordingly

Now, users should be able to access your policies from your footer.

Did you paste Termageddon's embed code somewhere else within your website?

Some customers go to the Wix global Settings area and insert Termageddon's embed code into the "Body-start" or "Body-end" locations (as described in this other Wix article).  This can cause an aesthetically distracting user experience and does not work for most website designs within Wix. If you inserted your embed code via the global settings, be sure to remove that first, and follow the steps above.
