Although each Termageddon license can be 'shared' and access by multiple users (via the 'users' tab of the license), transferring license ownership (aka who pays for the subscription) may be needed under several common scenarios. If you need to transfer license ownership to ensure a new party is paying the subscription fee, please follow these steps:




Step #1 - Ask the new license owner to register and purchase a new subscription:



1. If they haven't already, they will need to register for a Termageddon account and verify their email.


2. In their dashboard, in the top right corner, click "Hello" -> "Billing".  Add payment information and then click the purple 'buy' button and purchase one subscription (monthly or annual).  This is all that needs to be done (do not add a license).






Step #2 - Submit a license transfer request



(RECOMMENDED) You can submit a transfer request via this page.


Alternatively, you can send us an email (support@termageddon.freshdesk.com), requesting the transfer. Please cc the other party member (either the current license owner or the new license owner).






Step #3 - We will respond when done


We will cc both parties when replying and confirming the transfer is completed. The new owner will take over billing for the transferred license(s).
