Installation in Webflow can be done by adding the UserCentrics Install code found in your Termageddon Dashboard for your cookie consent policies.

  1. To begin, login to your Webflow Workspace Dashboard, and find/select the site.

  2. On the bottom right corner of the site, click on …, and select Settings.

  3. Select the “Custom Code” tab.

  4. Add in the UserCentrics Embed code to the TOP of the Head Code section

  5. If you are using any other integrations, such as Google Analytics, or Google Tag Manager, place the embed code AFTER the UserCentrics one.

  1. While Webflow does offer some integrations under the integrations tab, please ensure that all integrations via Webflow are disabled to ensure compliance and propper consent. This includes Recaptcha V2, Google Universal Analytics tracking ID, Google Optimize, Facebook Pixel, etc.

  2. Please also note that Google Fonts is not GDPR compliant. While we can not provide legal advice, we recommend that you upload your Google Fonts as Custom Fonts to ensure that you are compliant.

  3. In the webflow forum, there is this request for Webflow to offer the ability to paste code at the top of the <head> section of each website, a requirement for most consent solutions to work properly. Once released, this will allow Webflow users to be able to utilize any consent solution in tandem with the ‘integrations’ tab, but until that happens, the steps above are the only way to set up the consent solution.

  1. Publish the Site to make your changes live on the URL.

Once completed, you will see the UserCentrics Consent Widget appear anytime a visitor launches your website.
