Benefits are defined as an offer of a superior price, rate, level, quality, or selection of goods or services provided to a consumer through the Program. For example, if a consumer signs up for the Program at a grocery store and, as part of the Program, the consumer receives a free car wash per month at a third party car wash provider, the car wash provider would be considered a Bona Fide Loyalty Program Partner.
