To answer this question, please provide:

  1. The name of each Bona Fide Loyalty Program Partner; and

  2. The benefits provided by each partner.

A Bona Fide Loyalty Program Partner is a third party that provides Bona Fide Loyalty Program Benefits to consumers through the Loyalty Program. Benefits are defined as an offer of a superior price, rate, level, quality, or selection of goods or services provided to a consumer through the Program.

For example, if a consumer signs up for the Program at a grocery store and, as part of the Program, the consumer receives a free car wash per month at a third party car wash provider, the car wash provider would be considered a Bona Fide Loyalty Program Partner. In this case, you would input “ABC Car Wash” for the Partner name and “Providing one free car wash per month as part of the Bona Fide Loyalty Program” for the program benefit.
