To answer this question, please input an explanation as to why you will not be able to offer the Bona Fide Loyalty Program Benefits to a consumer if that consumer requests you to delete their personal information into the field provided. For example, if you are unable to track the Program Benefits without the consumer’s email address because the Benefits are emailed to them, you should input that into the provided field.
