If your Duda analytics dashboard experienced a significant drop in reported site traffic, this may be due to a missing Service(s) that needs to be added to the final page of the Cookie Policy and Consent Tool questionnaire.
Please click 'edit policy details' for your Cookie Policy and Consent Tool questionnaire, go to the final page, and click 'add new service'. The following Service(s) may need to be added:
1. Site Analytics
2. Snowplow
3. Site Personalization
To troubleshoot the issue, you can click 'edit' for each Service and under 'general', you can mark temporarily change the category to "Essential". Then click 'submit' for changes to take effect. Now you can wait for some time to pass to see if the analytics data is coming back in. From there, you can go back in and change the category accordingly (for example, back to the "Marketing" category).
