Using the Geolocation feature of the Termageddon + Usercentrics plugin

This article will help you determine which regions/countries/states to select/enable for who to show the consent tool. This geolocation feautre is currently available within the Termageddon + Usercentrics plugin.

All of these screenshots below are from page 1 of the Privacy Policy questionnaire (aka the page that helps determine which privacy laws apply).

European Union & European Economic Area (GDPR)

Select/enable this option if you've selected 'yes' to at least one of the following questions:

United Kingdom (UK DPA)

Select/enable this option if you've selected 'yes' to at least one of the following questions:

Canada (PIPEDA, Quebec 25)

Select/enable this option if you've selected 'yes' to at least one of the following questions:

United States of America

The USA has state specific regulations, where you may be able to select to only display the consent tool to visitors from particular states:

California (CIPA, CPRA)

If you select 'yes' to any of the following questions (and/or include "California" within the first two questions), you should select to display the consent tool to California visitors:

Colorado (CPA)

Select/enable this option if you've selected 'yes' to at least one of the following questions (and have Colorado selected as a state you do business in):

Connecticut (CTDPA)

Select/enable this option if you've selected 'yes' to at least one of the following questions (and have Connecticut selected as a state you do business in):

Oregon (OCPA)

Select/enable this option if you've selected 'yes' to at least one of the following questions (and have Oregon selected as a state you do business in):

Texas (TDPSA)

Select/enable this option if you've selected 'yes' to at least one of the following questions (and have Texas selected as a state you do business in):

AND/OR if you selected 'no' to the following question:

Utah (UCPA)

Select/enable this option if you've selected 'yes' to at least one of the following questions (and have Utah selected as a state you do business in):

Virginia (VCDPA)

Select/enable this option if you've selected 'yes' to at least one of the following questions (and have Virgnia selected as a state you do business in):
