Is the price personalized on the basis of automated decision making?

Modified on Sat, 2 Aug, 2025 at 9:54 AM

To answer this question, please select “yes” if the price of any of the items that you sell on your website or application is personalized on the basis of automated decision making. For a price to be personalized on this basis, it needs to be set or adjusted based on automated analysis (without human involvement) of an individual’s personal data such as their browsing history, purchase history, location or other online activity. For example, a travel website that automatically raises prices based on the fact that an individual has been looking at flights would be personalizing prices on the basis of automated decision making.

If the price of any of the items that you sell on your website or application is not personalized on the basis of automated decision making, please select “no” to this question.
