To rescind a subscription would mean revoking a subscription shortly after signing up for a subscription (i.e. within a day or two of purchasing the subscription). When a subscription is rescinded, the customer is not charged for any automatic renewals of the subscription. Usually, when a subscription is rescinded, the customer will receive a refund for the money that they paid for the subscription.
