Incomplete policies mean that you have not fully answered the questionnaire. Termageddon's questionnaire requires all fields to be answered in order to generate your policies.
Within your account (https://policies.termageddon.com), click into your license.
Within your License, if it says 'incomplete' within the Status area, please click Complete Policy. You will be brought to the section of your questionnaire that is missing answers to questions.
Once you answer all unanswered questions, your policies will be complete.
