Termageddon helps website owners provide disclosures required under applicable laws. However, website owners may want to customize the default copy we provide.

This may be needed for:

1. Businesses with unique product and/or service offerings

2. Website owners needing to make vendor-specific disclosure requirements

3. Website owners needing to make A2P 10DLC SMS Disclosure requirements on behalf of their vendor's request

These are just some of many examples as to why customization may help enhance the policies of a website.

In this article, we will show you how to utilize the Override feature so that you can add, remove and edit sections of your website policies.

Video Guide:

Steps:

1. Log in (https://policies.termageddon.com)

2. Click into your license

3. Click "Review and Override Policy Text"

4. Here you can click into which specific policy you would like to edit:

Not seeing a particular policy?  Revisit your license and click Edit for the Policy Identifier; you likely need to activate the policy first before you can utilize the override feature for that policy.

5. You can use the WYSIWYG editor to edit existing sections.  When you edit an existing Section, we will not longer auto-update that *section*, however we will still notify you when new disclsoures are available for you to review.

6. If you want to reset a section back to the default copy that our tool generates, you can click the reset icon

7. You can add new sections at the bottom of each page, as well as drag sections higher/lower within the policy:
