This feature let's you share access to your partner account. Use this feature if you have a team member (employee, contractor, virtual assistant, etc.) who helps you with onboarding clients to the Termageddon platform.
Team Members can: Edit Questionnaires Edit Policy Text Edit Embed Codes Manage Billing Inviting Others Receive Notifications
Reminder: to share client access to individual licenses, click into the license and click the 'users' link on the left hand side. This is where you go to share individual licenses (i.e. sharing license access with a client). Team Member access is sharing your entire account with someone on your team!
Steps:
To use the Team Members feature:
1. Log in with your partner account (policies.termageddon.com)
2. Click your initials in the top right corner
3. Click Team Members
4. Click Add Member, and fill out the form and submit
Your new Team Member will receive an email from Termageddon, prompting them to register.
2. Pre-create licenses (new feature for Affiliate Program)
For our Agency Partners utilizing the affiliate program (where Termageddon pays you recurring commisions), you can now pre-set up a license and share it with your client to complete the purchase. You can even embed 'coming soon' policies onto the client's website policy pages, and after the client purchases and completes the questionnaire, the policies go live right away! Clients get protected, and now we pay you recurring commissions as a thank you for the referral!
To pre-create an affiliate license:
1. Log in with your partner account (policies.termageddon.com)
2. Click 'add license'
3. Select 'Client is paying for license'
4. Share the license with the client's email
5. You can now proceed with answering (some or all of) the questionnaire, and embed 'coming soon' codes into the client's policy pages
6. After the client registers, purchases and completes the questionnaire, the policies instantly go live on the website!
3. Shareable links
Sharing license access with clients is an essential step as an agency reseller or affiliate partner. In addition to being able to share via email, you can now share a link with clients to help ensure they can properly access their account.

4. New "Coming Soon!" embed code messages
When using the affiliate program, you can embed our codes into the policy pages of the website prior to the license being fully purchased/completed. The policy pages will say 'coming soon!' until after payment is made by the end client.
After the client accept's the license invite, reviews/completes the questionnaire, and purchases the subscription, the policy pages will instantly go live! This helps partners only need to log into Termageddon once to fully set up a client.
