To answer this question, please write in the full legal name of the company that owns the website or application as it appears on the documents that you filed with your state or country when you formed your company (e.g. ACME Corporation or ACME, LLC). If you are doing business under a name that is different from the name on your filing paperwork, your “doing business as” name should be listed with the legal name, followed by the d/b/a (e.g. ACME Corporation, d/b/a Sunny Side Landscaping”).
