Scotland
Wales
Northern Ireland
If you originally formed your company in one UK country and then filed paperwork to do business in another UK country as a “foreign” company, please select the country in which you originally formed your company. In addition, if you initially formed your company in one UK country and then formed the company again in another UK country, please select the country where the filing is active (e.g. if I form a company in England and then form it again in Wales, the England filing will usually be considered as expired or withdrawn).
