Do you do business with individual consumers or businesses?

To answer this question, please select who makes purchases on your website or application from the following options:

  • Individual consumers - individual consumers are individuals acting for purposes that are wholly or mainly outside of that individual’s trade, business, craft or profession. For example, an accountant purchasing hair dye would be considered an individual consumer as their purchase does not relate to their trade, business, craft or profession.

  • Businesses - a business is an organization or enterprising entity that is engaged in commercial, industrial or professional activities. For example, a trucking company purchasing tires for their trucks would be considered a business since their purchase relates to their commercial and professional activities of being a trucking company.

Please note that if both individual consumers and businesses make purchases on your website or application, you may select both options in response to this question.
