Will the customer have to pay a cancellation fee?

Modified on Mon, 4 Mar, 2024 at 10:53 AM

To answer this question, please select “yes” if you will charge customers a fee if they (the customer) cancels their purchase. A cancellation takes place when the buyer changes their mind about their purchase and asks not to receive the item prior to shipment (if they purchase goods), download (if they purchase digital products), or performance (if they purchased a service). A cancellation fee is also sometimes called a restocking fee or a handling fee. If you will not charge customers a fee if they (the customer) cancel their purchase, please select “no” to this question.
