Do you want to reserve the right to cancel the customer's purchase?

Modified on Mon, 4 Mar, 2024 at 10:54 AM

To answer this question, please select “yes” if you would like to reserve the right to cancel the customer’s purchase yourself. A cancellation takes place when, for any reason (e.g. you were sick and cannot perform the service or you found out that you do not have the goods the customer purchased in stock), you need to rescind the customer’s purchase. A cancellation takes place prior to shipment (if the customer purchased goods), download (if the customer purchased digital products), or performance (if the customer purchased a product). Please note that you should select “yes” to this question only if you would like to reserve the right to initiate the cancellation yourself (and not have it be initiated by the customer). If you would not like to reserve the right to cancel the customer’s purchase yourself, please select “no” to this question.
