The automated renewal date is the date on which a customer’s subscription will be automatically renewed and their card will be charged for the subscription. Since customers need to be able to cancel the automatic renewals of their subscription, this question asks you when they should provide you with notice of their cancellation so that you can process their cancellation and they are not charged again. • Immediately: please select this option if the customer can let you know of their desire to cancel at any time prior to the automated renewal date and their automated renewal will be canceled as soon as they notify you of their desire to cancel.
