Part 3: Policy Identifier

Written Instructions:

1. By answering the questions on this page, you are providing the answers to let our tool determine which policies need to be created and activated for your website/application. When a policy says "activated" that means this policy will be created for you. If the policy is not active, that means Termageddon will not generate that policy for you. (Not all policies are required for all business types)

2. Looking for a Cookie Policy and Consent Tool? Our Privacy Policy questionnaire will help determine what laws apply to your business. This will help determine if a cookie consent solution is required and if you need one, it will also help determine what type of consent solution you need (different laws have different consent requirements). Activate the Privacy Policy generator and our tool will do the rest.

3. You can always select to activate additional policies later if you do not activate them now.

4. After selecting which policies you wish to create, click "Next" to move to the next page Part 4: Business Questions.

Please note that currently, US businesses can add all policies, while UK, Australian, and Canadian businesses can only add Privacy Policies and Terms of Service agreements. Additional policies will become available to the markets outside of the US soon.
