Within what period of time from the date of the donation will the donor qualify for a refund?

To answer this question, please select the period of time from the date the donation was made that the donor has to request a refund. A refund is a repayment to a donor of the money that they paid for the donation. Refunds take place after a donation is processed.

To answer this question, please select one of the following options:

  • Anytime: please select this option if the donor can qualify for a refund anytime after they make their donation. This means that the donor can qualify for (and receive) a refund days, weeks, months or even years after they make their donation;

  • Time period: please select this option if the donor can qualify (and receive) a refund within a specific period of time only (e.g. within 10 days after making their donation). If you select this option, you will be able to select the time period during which donors can qualify for a refund.
