To answer this question, please select the reason(s) that will qualify the donor for a refund of their donation (meaning that the donor needs to meet one or more of the following conditions to receive a refund): 

• Incorrect donation amount: please select this option if a donor can receive a refund if a donation was made in the incorrect donation amount (e.g. the donor intended to donate $15.00 but accidentally donated $150.00); 

• Donation was made by accident: please select this option if a donor can receive a refund if they did not intend to make the donation but did so accidentally; 

• Donor has remorse over the donation: please select this option if a donor can receive a refund if they changed their mind over making a donation altogether; 

• Other: please select this option if a donor has to have a reason to qualify for a refund that is not listed above. If you select this option, you will be able to input the reason into the field provided.
