How can a donor request a refund?

To answer this question, please select how a donor can request a refund. A refund is a repayment to a donor of the money that they donated. Refunds take place after a donation has been processed. To answer this question, you may choose one or or more of the following options:

By contacting us: please select thai option if the donor will need to contact you via the email address listed in your Terms of Service to request a refund;
Via the website or application: please select this option if the donor will need to click a button on your website or application or within their account to request a refund;
On a form on our website or application: please select this option if the donor will need to fill out a specific form on your website or application to request a refund of their donation. If you select this option, you will be required to provide a URL to this form;
Other: please select this option if you use a method for donors to request a refund that is not listed above. If you select this option, you will be able to input how donors can request a refund into the field provided.
