Nonprofit Donation Disclosures

This article outlines how to set up donation disclosures for your nonprofit website.

Pre-requisites (shown in video as well):

1. You have a Termageddon license already set up

2. You have activated the Terms of Service  (within Website Policy Identifier page) 

3. You listed "nonprofit" as the type of legal entity of your business (within Business Questions page)


Steps:

1. Log in (policies.termageddon.com)

2. Click into your license

3. Click "edit" for Terms of Service 

4. The first question that will appear will ask if you take donations. Answer 'yes' to this question.

5. Additional questions will open up based on your answers. Answer all remaining questions.

6. Note: for the question "do you take payments for goods, services or digital products', if you previously answered 'yes' to this question, you can now change this to 'no', if you are simply taking donations. 

7. Click Save and Exit


Now visit the Terms page of your website, refresh the page, and you should now see the donation disclosures. You can always customize the policy copy by clicking 'edit' for Review and Override Policy Text, right on your main license page.
