The Business Questions page identifies who owns the website or application that you are creating the policies for as well as providing the correct contact information if users of your website or application need to contact you about these policies.
1. Select who owns the website or application, either a company (e.g. LLC or Corporation) if you have legally formed a company, or person if you have not. Once selected, enter the name of your company or person that owns the website or application. If you select that a person owns your website, please proceed to step 5 below.
2. Select the location to which your company was legally formed in. (Please note that if your country is not on this list, then unfortunately Termageddon currently does not support businesses in this country.)
3. Select which state(US), Province, Territory or federal (Canada), country(UK), that your business was formed in.
4. Select which type of legal entity your company is from the drop down list. If your specific type is not listed, select "other" and you can manually type in which type of company you are.
5. If you have chosen other as your company type, or your website/application is owned by a person, you will be asked if you have obtained nonprofit status from your state or country, please select yes or no, whichever applies to you.
6. Select the location and select which state, County(US), Province, Territory or federal (Canada), country(UK), State or Territory(Australia) that you would like to resolve disputes regarding your website in. In the case of disputes, you would usually want to resolve disputes as close as possible to your primary area of business or where you live as resolving disputes in other countries or states can be costly from a travel perspective.
7. If your company was formed in a location that issues Registration, VAT, Business or Company numbers, please input those numbers if applicable.
8. Input your full business address into the empty field provided. It can be a regular address or a PO Box or a mail forwarding address. Please note that if you do choose to input your business address into this field, it will be visible within the policies that you create with Termageddon. (Technically, this field is optional due to many website owners declining to wanting to provide an address.)
9. Input your business phone number into the empty field provided. It can be your personal phone number that you use for business, an official business phone number, a 1-800 number or a phone number that forwards calls to your personal phone. Please note that if you choose to input your business phone number into this field, it will be visible within the policies that you create with Termageddon. (Technically, this field is optional due to many website owners declining to wanting to provide a phone number.)
10. Input a working email address into the empty field provided. The email address should be the one that individuals can reach you at for inquiries regarding your website or application policies. Please note that the email address that you input into this field will be visible within the policies that you create with Termageddon.
