Automatic renewals of a subscription mean that the donor’s card on file is charged automatically and the subscription renews without the donor having to take any further action. A subscription is where the donor is charged for a donation at regular intervals (e.g. $10 each month).

  • Postal address: please select this option if the donor needs to mail you a letter to cancel their automatic renewals. If you select this option, you will be asked to provide an address that the donor must send the letter to into the field provided; 

  • Through the website or application: please select this option if the donor needs to cancel their automatic renewals through a page or a portal on your website or application;
