Are buyers able to cancel their purchase (asking not to receive the item or service prior to shipment, download or performance)?

To answer this question, please select “yes” if buyers are able to cancel their purchase. A cancellation takes place when the buyer changes their mind about their purchase and asks not to receive the item prior to shipment (if they purchase goods), download (if they purchase digital products), or performance (if they purchased a service).

Please note that a cancellation is different from a refund as a cancellation takes place prior to the individual receiving their purchase, while a refund takes place after the individual receives the goods that they bought, after the service has been performed or after they have downloaded the digital products.

If buyers are not able to cancel their purchase (i.e. they are not able to request not to receive the item or service prior to shipment, download, or performance), please select “no” to this question.
